I’m based on the North Shore, but I’m happy to travel anywhere on Oʻahu. Please note that locations on the East, West, and South sides of the island include a $50 travel fee. I can’t wait to help you find your dream Oahu location!

Recommended for sunset. Chun's offers a mix of rock & beach, it has an easy parking lot across the street. Chun's is a great spot for the weekday, it can be busy on the weekends.

Kawela BAy
 
Recommended for sunrise or sunset. Kawela Bay offers a mix of rock, greenery & beach. There is parking available across the street and alongside the entrance! Kawela Bay can be busy on weekends, but is generally not busy on weekdays. (no travel fee)
 
Bikini Beach
 
Recommended for sunrise. Bikini Beach is a quiet neighborhood beach that offers rock, greenery, & blue water. It is calm in the morning and can be windy in the evening. There is a parking lot at the end of the street, and a 5 minute walk to the Bikini Beach entrance.

Recommended for sunrise. Laie Point is a beautiful rocky ocean lookout spot. It's right next to Bikini Beach, so it is also calm in the morning and windy in the evening. There is a small neighborhood parking lot. (no travel fee)
 
Pounders beach
 
 
Recommended for sunrise. Pounders Beach offers rock, beach & blue water, with beautiful sunrise lighting. In the evenings it can be cloudy and crowded. Easy parking lot. (no travel fee)
 
 
Kahana bay
 
Recommended for sunrise. Kahana Bay offers both mountains and beach in the same photo. It's a beautiful spot for sunrise. Easy parking lot. (no travel fee)

Recommended for sunrise. Same conditions and parking as Kahana Bay. If you've booked a full session, I recommend doing both Kahana Bay and this location. (no travel fee)
 
 
 
(2) North/ East Side

Recommended for sunrise or sunset. Kualoa Park offers both beach and mountain views right across from each other. Big, easy parking lot.

Recommended for sunset. Secret Beach offers a more private beach and docks that overlook the water and mountains. Secret Beach is part of Kualoa Ranch and is only open to the public for sunset hours. It's a 15 minute walk-in, so I wouldn't recommend it for really young children. (no travel fee)
 
 
(3) East Side

Recommended for sunrise. Lanikai is a beachy spot with bright blue water & beautiful sunrise lighting. Limited neighborhood parking.

Makapuu Beach
Recommended for sunrise. Makapuu is a rocky beach spot with beautiful sunrise lighting. Easy parking lot. ($50 travel fee)
Kailua beach park
 
Recommended for sunrise or sunset. Kailua Beach Park is a long stretch of beach with some greenery. It can be busy for both sunrise and sunset, as it's a popular walking spot.

Waimanalo Beach
Recommended for sunrise or sunset. Waimanalo Beach is a beautiful spot with mountains and blue water. Not busy for sunrise, can be busy for sunset on weekends. Easy parking lot. ($50 travel fee)
 
(4) South Side

Recommended for sunrise. Halona Beach Cove is a unique and stunning spot, with lots of rock and blue water. It's a short, steep walk down to the cove, so I would not recommend this spot for young children or maternity photos. Easy parking lot.

Recommended for sunrise or sunset. Sandy Beach is a beautiful beachy spot. It's perfect for sunrise, it can be busy for sunset on the weekends. Easy parking lot. ($50 travel fee)

ko olina lagoons
 
Recommended for sunset. The Ko Olina Lagoons are perfect for those staying at the nearby resorts. Parking can be challenging for those not staying at a near by resort, arrive early to find parking.
